IPVPN Purchase Guide

IPVPN is the platform's VPN service. You can subscribe for different durations and device counts, paying with GUSD or CREDIT.

Prerequisites

  • A registered Ginox account.
  • Sufficient balance in your GUSD or CREDIT wallet.
  • You must not have an active IPVPN subscription with the same or higher device count. To change plans, use the upgrade option instead.

How to Purchase

  • Navigate to the IPVPN section.
  • Select your desired plan (Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year).
  • Select the number of devices (1, 2, or 3).
  • Choose a VPN server: - Paris Server - AMS Server
  • Choose your payment wallet: GUSD or CREDIT.
  • (Optional) Enter a voucher code to apply a discount.
  • Review the final price and confirm the purchase.

Using Vouchers

You can apply a voucher code at checkout to reduce the price:

  • Percentage voucher: Reduces the price by a percentage (e.g., 10% off).
  • Fixed voucher: Reduces the price by a flat GUSD amount.

Rules

  • Each voucher code can only be used once (it is marked as "burnt" after use).
  • The voucher must be valid and not expired.
  • The discount is applied to the GUSD price before any wallet conversion.

Example

  • Plan: 1 Year, 2 Devices (46 GUSD)
  • Voucher: 5 GUSD fixed discount
  • Final price: 41 GUSD

If paying with CREDIT: 41 / 0.01 = 4,100 Credits

VPN Configuration

After purchase, the system automatically generates your VPN access keys:

  • One access key is created per device on your selected server.
  • For example, if you purchase a 2-device plan, you receive 2 access keys.
  • These keys are used to connect to the VPN through the IPVPN client.

Server Switching

You can switch your VPN to a different server after purchase:

  • Available servers: Paris Server and AMS Server.
  • Server switching is limited to 2 times per 24 hours.
  • When you switch servers, new access keys are generated on the new server and old keys are removed.

What Happens After Purchase

  • The price is deducted from your chosen wallet (GUSD or CREDIT).
  • Your IPVPN subscription is activated with the selected plan and device count.
  • VPN access keys are generated on your chosen server.
  • A sale record is created for the purchase.
  • Sponsor bonuses are triggered for your referral upline.

When you purchase IPVPN, your referral upline earns sponsor bonuses based on the purchase amount.

  • NU users in the upline earn Level 1 only.
  • BD users can earn at Levels 1-3 (subject to income level and mining referrals conditions).

Upgrading Your Plan

If you already have an active IPVPN subscription, you can upgrade to a higher plan or more devices:

  • Navigate to IPVPN and select the upgrade option.
  • Choose the new plan (must be higher than your current plan, or more devices).
  • The system calculates the prorated refund for remaining days on your current plan.
  • The refund is added to your locked GUSD balance.
  • You pay the full price of the new plan.
  • Your subscription is updated to the new plan with a new expiry date.
  • If the device count changed, new VPN access keys are generated accordingly.

Note: Locked balance can be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn.

Future Purchase (BD Only)

Business Developer (BD) users can purchase IPVPN subscriptions for users who haven't registered yet:

  • Select the "Future Purchase" option.
  • Enter the email address of the person you want to gift the subscription to.
  • The email must not belong to an existing user.
  • Complete the purchase as normal (choose plan, devices, server, payment method).
  • When the recipient registers with that email, the IPVPN subscription will be available to them.

This feature is exclusive to BD users and only available for IPVPN.

Free IPVPN with First License

When you purchase your first Ginox License, you receive a free IPVPN subscription along with a free SignalX subscription. No separate purchase is needed for this initial free period.

Important Notes

  • You can only have one active IPVPN subscription at a time per device tier.
  • You cannot purchase a new subscription if you already have an active one with the same or more devices -- use the upgrade option instead.
  • CREDIT payments are converted from the GUSD price at the rate of 1 Credit = 0.01 GUSD.
  • Voucher discounts are applied to the GUSD price before wallet conversion.
  • The system sends email notifications before your subscription expires (at 7, 3, 2, and 1 day(s) before expiry).
  • Expired subscriptions are automatically marked as inactive.
  • Server switching is limited to 2 times per 24 hours.
