SignalX Purchase Guide

SignalX provides access to trading signals on the platform. You can subscribe using GUSD or CREDIT.

Prerequisites

• A registered Ginox account.
• Sufficient balance in your GUSD or CREDIT wallet.
• You must not have an active SignalX subscription already. To change plans, use the upgrade option instead.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

GUSD Prices

Admin-configured discounts may reduce these prices. The final price shown at checkout reflects any active discounts.

CREDIT Prices

CREDIT prices are calculated by dividing the GUSD price by the conversion rate (1 Credit = 0.01 GUSD):

How to Purchase

• Navigate to the SignalX section.
• Select your desired plan (Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year).
• Choose your payment wallet: GUSD or CREDIT.
• (Optional) Enter a voucher code to apply a discount.
• Review the final price and confirm the purchase.

Using Vouchers

You can apply a voucher code at checkout to reduce the price:

• Percentage voucher: Reduces the price by a percentage (e.g., 10% off).
• Fixed voucher: Reduces the price by a flat GUSD amount.

Rules

• Each voucher code can only be used once (it is marked as "burnt" after use).
• The voucher must be valid and not expired.
• The discount is applied to the GUSD price before any wallet conversion.

Example

• Plan: 1 Year (120 GUSD)
• Voucher: 10% off
• Final price: 108 GUSD

If paying with CREDIT: 108 / 0.01 = 10,800 Credits

What Happens After Purchase

• The price is deducted from your chosen wallet (GUSD or CREDIT).
• Your SignalX subscription is activated with the selected plan duration.
• A sale record is created for the purchase.
• Sponsor bonuses are triggered for your referral upline.
• If you have a linked wallet address, Ginox Points are awarded for the subscription.
• If applicable, free signal extensions are granted: - Your sponsor may receive a free signal extension based on their referral activity. - You may also receive a free signal extension if eligible.

Sponsor Bonuses

When you purchase SignalX, your referral upline earns sponsor bonuses based on the purchase amount.

SignalX uses the same sponsor bonus rates as the License product.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you already have an active SignalX subscription, you can upgrade to a higher plan:

• Navigate to SignalX and select the upgrade option.
• Choose the new (higher) plan.
• The system calculates the prorated refund for remaining days on your current plan.
• The refund is added to your locked GUSD balance.
• You pay the full price of the new plan.
• Your subscription is updated to the new plan with a new expiry date.

Note: Locked balance can be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn.

Free SignalX with First License

When you purchase your first Ginox License, you receive a free SignalX subscription along with a free IPVPN subscription. No separate purchase is needed for this initial free period.

Important Notes

• You can only have one active SignalX subscription at a time.
• You cannot purchase a new subscription if you already have an active one -- use the upgrade option instead.
• CREDIT payments are converted from the GUSD price at the rate of 1 Credit = 0.01 GUSD.
• Voucher discounts are applied to the GUSD price before wallet conversion.
• The system sends email notifications before your subscription expires (at 7, 3, 2, and 1 day(s) before expiry).
• Expired subscriptions are automatically marked as inactive.
