Ginox Platform - System Overview

Ginox is a multi-service platform combining VPN services, signal channels, crypto staking, affiliate marketing, and trading integrations. This document explains the full system from an end-user perspective.

1. User Accounts & Roles

Registration Methods

• Email + password
• Google OAuth
• Discord OAuth
• Telegram
• WalletConnect (Web3 wallet)

User Roles

Role Upgrade (NU to BD)

• You send a BD conversion request to your sponsor.
• Your sponsor approves or rejects the request.
• Once approved, your role changes to BD.

Account Features

• 2FA (TOTP-based) -- required for withdrawals and cancellations
• E-PIN -- a personal security PIN required for withdrawals
• Withdrawal Address -- saved per wallet type for withdrawals
• Telegram / Discord Linking -- connect social accounts for additional features
• WalletConnect -- link a Web3 wallet for deposits and authentication

2. Wallets

The platform has three wallet types:

Locked Balance

Each wallet can have a "locked" portion. Locked funds can be used for purchases but cannot be withdrawn. Locked balance arises from subscription downgrades (reimbursements).

Assets View

You can view your total assets which combines:

• GUSD balance
• BFM balance converted to GUSD at current BFM/USDT price

3. Products & Services

License

• One active license per user.
• First license purchase includes a free Signal Channel and free IPVPN.
• License purchase triggers sponsor bonuses for your upline.

Signal Channel

Access to trading signals. Payable with GUSD or APP_CREDIT.

Admin-configured discounts may reduce these prices. Vouchers can further reduce costs.

IPVPN

VPN service with device-based pricing. Payable with GUSD or APP_CREDIT.

All prices in GUSD. APP_CREDIT prices are calculated by dividing by the conversion rate.

Service Upgrades

You can upgrade an active service to a higher plan. The system calculates the prorated difference based on remaining days.

Free Services

• First license purchase grants free Signal Channel + IPVPN.
• Referral product sales can grant free signal access to sponsors.

Expiry Notifications

The system sends email notifications at 7, 3, 2, and 1 day(s) before a product expires. Expired products are automatically marked as inactive.

4. Crypto Box (BFM Staking)

Stake BFM tokens in a Crypto Box and earn returns based on a monthly percentage.

How It Works

• You need BFM tokens in your wallet.
• Choose how many BFM to stake (minimum amount configurable by admin).
• A Crypto Box is created, locked until April 30, 2026.
• At maturity, you receive your tokens + percentage return.

Return Percentages (by month of creation)

Formula: Return = tokens + (tokens * percentage / 100)

Rules

• Maximum 10 boxes per user per token.
• Boxes are locked -- you cannot withdraw early.
• Creating a box triggers sponsor bonuses for your upline (calculated on GUSD equivalent).

5. Affiliate / Sponsor System

Ginox uses a multi-level sponsor (referral) system. When users you referred (directly or indirectly) make purchases, you earn a percentage.

How It Works

• Every user has a sponsor (the person who referred them).
• Bonuses are calculated up to 5 levels deep in the referral chain.
• All sponsor bonuses are paid in GUSD.

Bonus Percentages (Summary)

Conditions

• NU users earn Level 1 only.
• BD users earn Levels 1-5, but must pass the mining referrals condition.
• Income level determines which levels release immediately vs stay pending.
• Elite users bypass the mining referrals condition.

Pending Income Release

Pending incomes (from insufficient income level) are released on the 1st of every month by an automated job.

6. Lotteries

Box Lottery (Weekly)

• Runs every Monday to Monday (9:05 AM - 8:55 AM UTC).
• Buy tickets with BFM (1 BFM per ticket).
• One winner per round, selected via Random.org (provably fair).
• Winner receives a Crypto Box with BFM equal to total tickets sold.

Daily Lottery

• Runs daily with registration and draw windows.
• Up to 5 winners per day.
• Uses Random.org for fair selection.
• Winnings can be: - Converted to GUSD and credited to your wallet - Withdrawn directly (bypasses withdrawal fees)

Lottery Proof

Every lottery draw saves a cryptographic proof from Random.org. Anyone can verify any past draw was fair.

7. Trading Integrations

Orderly Network (GiDex Rebates)

• The platform integrates with Orderly, a decentralized exchange.
• Whitelisted users earn trading rebates based on their weekly trading volume.
• Rebates are split between the trader (kickback) and their sponsor.
• Default split is 50/50, customizable per user.
• Rebate income is credited in GUSD.

Hyperliquid

• Integration for storing trading data (orders, positions, portfolio, etc.).
• Used for platform features around trading activity tracking.

8. Voucher System

Vouchers provide discounts on service purchases.

Voucher Types

Rules

• Each voucher is a unique code.
• A voucher can only be used once (marked as "burnt" after use).
• Unused vouchers are automatically burnt at the end of each month.
• Monthly voucher usage limits are reset on the 1st of each month.
• Vouchers are created by users (with rank-based limits) or by admins.

9. Ranking System

BD (Business Developer) users have ranks that are evaluated periodically.

Evaluation

• Ranks are evaluated daily at midnight on the user's registration anniversary.
• Based on sales performance in the previous period.
• Rank changes are recorded in history.
• Users receive warning notifications 10 days before their evaluation date.

10. Elite Program

What Is Elite?

Elite is a premium status for high-performing users with additional earning opportunities.

Elite Features

• Bypass mining referrals condition for sponsor bonuses.
• Elite Income -- monthly income calculated from group sales (1st of every month).
• Elite Sales Tracking -- sales from your downline are tracked separately.
• Elite Pools -- monthly distribution from platform trading volume: - 3% Pool: For users with 1M+ trading volume - 5% Pool: For users with 10M+ trading volume - Points: 1 point per 1M volume + 0.25 bonus points per 1M from Elite BD downline

Approval

Elite status requires admin approval. Once approved, benefits apply immediately.

11. Ginox Points

A points system that tracks user engagement across different services.

Features

• Points are earned for various activities.
• Each service (VPN, trading, etc.) has its own points category.
• Leaderboards -- global and team-based rankings by points.
• Points history is viewable per service.
